Laughter is something that acts as a free medicine to you. Laughter has both physical and mental benefits. Laughter plays an important role in social interaction and bonding as well as lowers your anxiety level and stress level.
Laughter is one medicine that costs you nothing, it just costs you some friends and family. As of now in the urban lifestyle, people are not having time to interact with their family and friends and this the reason why their life expectancy decreases.
So, to get humour what you need to do is get friends and family, I guess that you are already having. So, what you need to do is spend more time with them. One thing that I personally feel you can do get a laugh in your life is to watch a TV Show F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Here I am going to tell you some benefits of laughter.

Whenever you laugh a chemical called endorphins release into your body and that decreases your stress and anxiety level. Drugs such as morphine and heroine provide the same effect as stated above but yes, they also come with there own side effects. Undoubtedly, you can be addicted to laughter.
Some recent statistics have shown that those who have a higher sense of humor have a lower chance of having heart diseases, infection, cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Laughter act as the most effective workout for your body. It helps to increase the flow of blood into your body and increase hemoglobin levels easily. You may have seen people in the garden laughing loudly and some people may find it useless but let me tell you, this is what every person needs to do in an urban lifestyle.
Stressful experiences in everyday life make your immune system weak and increase the chances to fall ill, from the simplest situations such as the car not wanting to start, increasing the risk of infectious illness and heart disease. A good sense of humor and laughter prevents stress and anxiety from affecting the immune system, protecting you from the disease.

Laughter plays an important role in decreasing your stress and anxiety level that is because laughter also acts as a mental exercise. Humour and comedy situation seems to make a tough situation better. For example, if I joke around and laugh about the upcoming exams and how many lectures I have left to catch up on, I feel much better! Humor can change our perspective on how we seem a situation as a tough one or a simple one
If we see according to science, laughter decreases the amount of cortisol, a stress-related chemical, from being released into the bloodstream. Humour gives you the feeling that everything will be alright. As our Ranchor baba said when every you find no way, put your hand on your heart and say ‘All Izz Well’.
In the end, laughter is one medicine that costs you nothing, it just costs you some friends and family. As of now in urban lifestyle, people are not having time to interact with their family and friends and this the reason why their life expectancy decreases. For me, a laugh is something that I don’t need to find it comes to me by itself because of my friends and family. Everyone has their own place to find happiness, just need to find that place.
